Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from mememugs.co.uk. The seller is Alex Bassett trading as Mememugs ("we"). Our contact details are on the contact page.

Ordering

A contract is formed when your payment is accepted and your order confirmation page is shown. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, because of a pricing error), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the mugs. UK delivery is £3.49, and free on orders of two or more mugs. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. We never see or store your card details.

Printing and delivery

Every mug is printed to order by our UK print partner, usually within 2–3 working days, and sent by post. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. We deliver to UK addresses only. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Our mugs are printed from our own designs, not made to your personal specification, so this right applies. See returns & refunds for how.

Faulty or damaged mugs

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If a mug arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you. You have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund.

Designs

Our designs and the house faces are original artwork. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed mug.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
